How to use :
Cut a piece of floss about 45 cm (18 inches) long. Wrap the ends around your middle fingers, leaving about 2.5 cm (1 inch) of floss taut between them. Gently slide the floss between your teeth using a zigzag motion, avoiding pushing too hard to avoid damaging your gums. Bend the floss into a “C” shape around the side of each tooth, gently moving it up and down the side of the tooth and under the gum line. Use a clean section of floss for each tooth. Rinse your mouth with water after you have finished brushing all your teeth.
